You might not even know what's missing in your work or personal life, or why you're stressed or unhappy, so part of the help you need is to clarify that. Many of my clients have come to me from this starting position, and together we've performed extraordinary things!

Life coaching:
The life coaching relationship is unique. What makes it so is that both of us - me as the coach and you as the client - have come together exclusively to promote YOUR agenda. Few relationships permit that.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, I run talks and workshops. These sessions (held in Richmond, South West London) are a great opportunity to provoke insight into the values and beliefs that underpin virtually everything in our personal and working lives, and which we need to challenge in order to make lasting changes.
