I am an established author. My first book 'Across A Crowded Room' (Hodder Headline) was published in 1995. My second book, 'Dancing With The Mask' has just come out.
This book tracks my greatest life learning which is this: that we do not need to live a life which doesn't fit us. We can - if we just let ourselves pick up the tools - rebuild a life that actually makes us happy and fulfilled.
I have just started working on my third book 'Living Without The Mask.
My work as a personal development facilitator began in human resource management over 20 years ago. I was Personnel Manager at ActionAid, one of UK's leading third world development agencies.
I then ran my own training consultancy, Plumtree Associates, specialising in developing and delivering communication skills courses for middle and senior management. In 2000 I shifted my focus to teaching - working as a Lecturer to MA students in Human Resources at Westminster Business School and leading my 'Get On With Your Life' series of workshops at Richmond Adult Community College.
The following 8 years saw me at the Institute of Directors in the role of Client Development Executive when I left to follow my heart.
Now, in addition to private and corporate mentoring and coaching, and facilitating personal development workshops, I accept invitations to give talks on a variety of subjects around personal development.
